The Hades Shot.

An artists I’ve pretty much been in awe of for a very long time is Mr Jago. I’ve loved watching his style progress over the years and his latest piece, The Hades Shot, which I think is in the new Stolen Space group show in London, is absolutely beautiful. For me, a great piece of art has the power to stop you in your tracks and transport you instantly to another place; your senses become completely shut off to everything else going on around you and for that moment, it’s just the 2 of you, connecting, communicating.

Jago’s latest piece has that quality to it and I can’t stop looking at it. I even made a trip up to London today to get a proper look but stupidly didn’t realise that the gallery is closed Mondays. Idiot. So for now I shall just have to gaze into this decent sized image he very kindly emailed me until I can see it in the flesh and converse with it in person.

My sources tell me that Mr Jago himself will be going into The Bunker very soon, so watch this space.
